Sales Manager (Water Treatment)

UK Wide - Hybrid / Remote

£45,000 - £60,000 + Company Car/Car Allowance + Commission + Annual Bonus + Benefits

A growing water treatment engineering business is looking to recruit a Sales Manager to support its continued expansion across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a water treatment background to take ownership of new business development, account growth and sales strategy within a technically driven environment.

Working closely with senior leadership and engineering teams, you'll be responsible for developing opportunities from initial enquiry through to project delivery, helping customers improve water quality, efficiency and environmental performance.

The Role

• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer accounts across the UK
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and enquiry through to negotiation and close
• Work closely with engineering teams to develop technically and commercially sound proposals
• Identify opportunities for equipment sales, service agreements, upgrades and system optimisation
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and pipeline reporting
• Build long-term relationships with customers across industrial and manufacturing sectors

The Candidate

• Proven sales experience within the water treatment industry
• Strong knowledge of clean water, wastewater or industrial treatment processes
• Experience managing complex technical sales opportunities
• Commercially aware with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable engaging with engineers, procurement teams and senior decision-makers
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally

• £45,000 - £60,000 basic salary
