A well-established organisation in Hatfield is seeking a confident and customer-focused individual to join their busy Customer Experience team. This is a full-time temporary role offering an immediate start and free onsite parking.

 

About the role:

You’ll be part of a fast-paced team responsible for handling customer enquiries and processing orders across multiple service areas. The role involves managing communications, resolving queries, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery through various channels.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Processing customer orders, quotations, and account setups
  • Responding to enquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate records and using internal systems effectively
  • Supporting service improvements and contributing to customer guidance materials
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations
  • Providing training and support to team members when needed

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a customer service or sales support environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Confident using MS Office and CRM or ERP systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of GDPR and compliance standards is desirable
