We’re looking for a hands-on IT Support Analyst to join a busy team in London on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with different systems, and supporting users in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to users
• Setting up and installing PCs and laptops (Windows 10/11, Mac OS, Linux)
• Troubleshooting software and hardware issues
• Supporting users with day-to-day IT queries and system changes
• Helping with upgrades and deployments
• Acting as the go-between for the IT team and other departments
• Keeping things running smoothly in a clean room/manufacturing setting

What we’re looking for:

• Solid experience in 1st and 2nd line IT support
• Confident working with different operating systems and hardware
• Able to work independently and manage their time well
• Good communicator who can explain tech stuff clearly
• Comfortable working in a busy, changing environment
