Hampton’s Resourcing are currently working with a well-known private Health and Social Care provider to support them with the recruitment of a Deputy Manager in the Darlington area for a 18 bed Residential and Nursing Service for individuals with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders and individuals with a diagnosis of personality disorder and complex mental health needs.
The home has recently experienced a significant period of change and as a result of a lot of hard work and a dedicated team is currently rated GOOD with CQC , to continue with the positive change they now require an experienced Deputy Manager with a robust personality who has a real passion for person centred care who can drive continuous improvements by leading as a positive example.
Job Role:
The Deputy Manager will provide leadership and management to the staff team alongside the service manager, ensuring each individual plays their part in promoting choice and independence for the people they support. Ultimately you will meet targets set out in our Quality Strategy, which will ensure your service is providing the best quality support and care possible.
Candidates suitable for this post will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience in Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Older adults and Challenging Behaviours.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Experience as a proven leader and have worked with varied stakeholders in the delivery of outstanding care
- Must be a Qualified Nurse (RNLD or RMN)
- Previous management experience is essential
Annual Salary: £48,000 + Company Benefits
