Hours of work are Mon - Thurs 7.30 until 4pm and 1pm finish on Fridays.

The package includes a company bonus scheme and the potential for share options in the future.

• Light accurate work - ideally you should have experience of power presses - as an operator and setter (preferably coil fed).
• Your role will be hands on and as a small business you must be flexible enough to act as an inspector, packer and operator/setter when other members of the team are away.
• Operation of a chemical process line (training given to the right candidate)
• Computer literacy is required and a some financial acumen/interest of how a business runs.
• Some knowledge of how import and export processes an advantage but again some training will be given.

This is a really unusual opportunity to be involved in all aspects of this small, friendly and ethical business and its future, with full support from them in terms of training and development.

However, you should be mechanically minded and also offer ideas in terms of productivity and improvement.
