• The Community Paediatrics team based in Stafford and Burton are looking for a Band 7 community nurse to support their team on a 3 month placement. The Band 7 nurse would need to be a nurse prescriber.

  • Band 7 RGN required
  • Full time, 5 days a week
  • 9am – 5pm
  • The Bridge, Stafford and Cross Street, Burton
  • To start ASAP for 12 weeks

Job Purpose

• To support the Community Paediatrics Team in the provision of a high quality service to children, young people and their families, who require health assessments, investigation and treatment for children and young people with long term health  and neurodisability condition’s.
• To provide nurse led clinics for children with identified long terms conditions.
• Provide advice and support to junior staff and learners in all aspects of the delivery of high quality care.
• Provide support, advice and education to children and young people and their families in the management of their care.
• Work closely in partnership with other multi-disciplinary team members to ensure effective care planning and delivery.
