Position: Band 5 Community Nurse

Band / Pay Scheme:  Band 5- up to £32

Location: Community-based (Various local service locations across HCRG Care Group contracts)

We welcome applications from both newly qualified ( preceptorship supported) and experienced Band 5 Registered Nurses who possess a passion for community healthcare:

• Qualifications: First-level Registration (RGN / Adult Nursing) with a current, active NMC registration and license to practice.

• Essential Mobility: Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes (essential for travel across the geographical patch).

• Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Effective organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to support a 7-day service model/rota where applicable.
