HR Administrator

HR Administrator (10112) Colchester, England

Salary: GBP18000 - GBP22000 per annum

An experienced HR Administrator is required to cover a maternity leave for 12 months for our well established client based in Colchester. Commencing mid August, this role is supporting the HR team with a range of administration tasks which include;

- Maintaining the HR shared drive

- Updating information and transfering to Excel spreadsheets (advanced Excel is required)

- Preparing, collating and analysing HR data

- Answering any employee emails to shared inbox

- Liaising with payroll to check and update employee information

- Maintaining the awards, bonus system and benefits platform 

You must have previous HR experience and be organised and able to prioritise your work. 

Ideally you will have an HR qualification (CIPD Level 3).

Working from home is possible with occassional meetings in the office.

40 hours a week - flexible
