HR Advisor - 6 month contract (1100) South East England, England

I am currently recruiting for an HR Advisor for a 6 month contract. It is a busy and varied role that requires an experienced Advisor.
Responsibilities include;
- Provide advice and support to employees and managers
- Manage and lead on complex ER cases
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Support the HRBP with business objectives
- Work on many ER cases at once, prioritise workload
The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 5 or be qualified by experience. They will be able to multi-task and work at pace to ensure timeframes are met.
The role is to commence October 2020 for a period of 6 months.
