HR Business Partner (10079) Colchester, England

I am currently recruiting for a reputable business in Colchester who require an HR Business Partner to cover maternity for 14 months. The ideal candidate will come from a similar professional services background and be able to demonstrate the ability to influence business leaders and senior management.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will be involved with everything business related.
- Supporting the delivery of the HR strategy
- Talent management and succession planning
- Supporting on complex ER issues, mentoring and coaching line managers
- Assist Talent Managers in the recruitment process
- Reviewing information from HR Analytics
You will be passionate about HR and quickly embrace the companies ethos and core values. You will have proven experience at dealing with complex ER matters and be confident in giving advice to managers.
Ideally you will be working towards or have achieved CIPD Level 5 or above.
