Engineering Team Leader

Our client, a market leader in the manufacturing industry currently an Engineering Team Leader to join their successful business on a permanent basis career progression opportunities available for the right candidate.

Candidates Must;

• Have Mechanical NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Be hands on.
• Deal with external service suppliers.
• Front of Engineering in daily Production meeting.
• Ability to work in a non-ERP environment to develop robust controls (i.e. through use of Excel etc.)
• Reporting to senior management of KPI’s
• A professional, personable manner - Strong communication skills and good spoken English
• Must have previous experience of a similar role in a fabrication/engineering environment

The role is based in Kirkby and would be commutable from surrounding areas, our client is situated close to public transportation links, parking facilities are available for staff, a canteen facility is available for all staff use.
