Dispatch Controller

Our client, a market leader in the construction industry, is currently recruiting for a Dispatch Controller to join their successful business on a full-time on-going basis.

Candidate Requirements:

• Flexibility to work a three-shift-pattern (mornings, afternoons and nights)
• A good standard of English (verbal and written communication)
• Previous experience within a similar role (full training will be provided so this is not essential)

Shift Pattern:

• AM: 07:00-15:00
• PM: 15:00-23:00
• Nights: 23:00-07:00
• Days of Work: Monday to Friday

Rate of Pay: £12.02 per hour (PAYE)

Opportunities for overtime on Saturdays can also become available in busy periods, as well as permanent opportunities in the future for the right candidates.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Dealing with drivers throughout the shift
• Ensuring all vehicles are loaded for the next shift
• Controlling the loading silos/loading points
• Managing vehicle defects
• Planning vehicle ability for the next day
• Working with the planners to ensure all work is covered
• General office and admin duties
