Our client, a market leader in the Waste Management industry currently require a Loading Shovel Driver to join their successful business on a temporary to permanent basis.
Candidates should possess the following-
- Loading Shovel Accreditation.
- FLT accreditation would be a bonus, if not they will train you on FLT’S.
The role is a loading shovel driver role and outdoor work will be expected. Experience of operating as a loading shovel is essential. This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door of a national Waste Management company with great career prospects within a vastly growing industry.
Please note that although you will be employed as a Loading Shovel Driver, you WILL need to help out with other duties as well throughout shifts. This is working for a Waste Management company, therefore the working environments will have waste within them.
The role is based in Birmingham and would be commutable from all surrounding areas. Our client is situated close to public transportation links, parking facilities are available for staff, a canteen facility is available for all staff use.
This role will be working on a rotating shift pattern:
AM Shift: Monday – Friday, 05:30am – 14:00pm + alternative Saturday’s 06:00am – 14:00pm.
PM Shift: Monday – Friday, 13:30pm – 10:30pm.
Overtime is available on all shifts, and is paid at time and a half after 45 hours.
Rates of Pay (PAYE) £10.20 Per Hour PAYE.
Overtime Available, opportunities for training and permanent positions available for right candidate.
