Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant – ORC - Inside IR35 – Oxford
£500 – £525 per day (all inclusive) which may be subject to change depending on applicable legislation or solution through which services are performed.
Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant required for a leading client based in oxford. My client is currently seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to come on board to provide specialised consultancy centralised in Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Oracle Talent and Oracle Learning Management to support and advise our ERP transformation programme in relation to the development and integration of the HR elements of Oracle Fusion for phase 2 of the programme of work.
Key skills,
- Strong Oracle Fusion experience
- Previous HCM Oracle experience
- Proven experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Oracle Talent & Oracle Learning Management.
- End to End implementation experience of Oracle Human Capital Management modules.
- Ability to quickly understand HR concepts and apply to technology
- Collaboratively work with workstream leads and solutions provider to design and develop solutions in Oracle Cloud HCM to meet complex business requirements and where possible achieve efficiencies with existing processes.
- Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables for ORC and Talent projects.
- Guide workstream leads through Oracle delivered functionality, best practice, map business processes to delivered functionality.
- Document organisational requirements and assist with testing
