ERP Change Management Lead – SAP – S/4 HANA – Warwick

ERP Change Management Lead required for a leading client based in Warwick, The ideal candidate will have an in depth understanding and experience of implementing SAP, and preferably S/4 HANA, globally in an Organisational Change Management Lead role (OCM). Due to the global nature of the position and rollout, there will also be a large proportion of UK/International travel.

Key Responsibilities of the role

  • Within the role, you will act as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfil the role of change sponsor.
  • Define overall OCM strategy and leading delivery efforts for each facet of OCM, including executive alignment, stakeholder analysis and communication, readiness assessments, journey mapping, change impacts identification and management.
  • Focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, system, technology, job roles and organisation structures.
  • Primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance.
  • Need to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilisation of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees.
  • Manage the needs of stakeholders and the S/4 HANA delivery team to meet agreed scope and timelines.
  • Enable, mentor and coach colleagues in S/4 HANA capabilities and best practices.

Key Skills of the role

  • Understanding of OCM framework, consulting skills, business knowledge, processes, measurements & tolls to analyse organisational change issues and drive SAP solutions that transform the client’s business.
  • Demonstrated success as a Business Change Manager on a range of SAP, S/4 HANA project/programme lifecycles.
  • Extensive experience in end-to-end SAP project implementations.
  • Develop the overall communication strategy and plan to include creating and delivery of internal and external communications, messages and supporting materials.
  • Conduct change impact analysis, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of all program-related training materials.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, influence others and move toward a common vision or goal, as well as able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation.
