Salary: GBP650 - GBP700 per day

Information Architect – Data/Modelling/Architecture/Inside IR35 – Birmingham

Information Architect required for a leading client based in central Birmingham. You will come on board to Responsible for development of an overarching information and data architecture for the clients, including structures, standards, policies, governance and models, to ensure we understand our information and can manage it effectively through the life of the programme. Provides guidance and strategic advice to IT delivery projects on the correct way to structure and manage information throughout its live-cycle.

This role will fall inside IR35

  • Responsible for information and data architecture
  • Develop information model and ensure this aligns to strategy and is integrated with wider business and technology architectures
  • Define modelling and analysis tools, methods, and standards
  • Support the development of information and data strategy
  • Advise stakeholders on improvements to information management and usage to support their business area
  • Support governance and management of information
  • Expertise of data received, consumed, processed, and produced
  • Deliver data analytics and other key information capabilities
  • Ensure information is managed safely, securely, and legally
  • Assure quality of data
  • Define and be gate keeper for data standards

Key Skills,

  • Define and build information and data models
  • Clear understanding of information and data modelling in context to business and IT architecture
  • Previous experience working in a large complex organisation with multiple data requirements
  • Architecture frameworks – TOGAF
  • Define requirements for technology and business change
  • Ability to explain complex technical issues with a varied audience
  • Ability to manage 5+ projects simultaneously
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship management with senior and technical stakeholders
  • Able to facilitate and run workshops
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
