Salesforce Project Manager – Salesforce Implementation – Milton Keynes

This role will be part time during the first month and full time thereafter.

Outside IR35.

Salesforce Project Manager required for a leading automotive client based in Milton Keynes. You are coming on board to join the Salesforce implementation programme, a suitable candidate must have demonstratable experience of lead management, integrations, and Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities,

• Interpret Business case and covert into a PID
• Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience working on a Salesforce implementation
• Lead management to ensure consistent and collaborative approach to increasing overall performance
• Salesforce case management capability implementation into the customer service centre to replace the current workflow tool
• Experience of lead management and integrations
• Create and maintain project documentation and plans
• Manage budget and forecast
• Manage conflicting requirements and iron out ambiguities
• Manage 3^rd party involvement to ensure successful project delivery

• Salesforce
• Clear documentation and presentation skills
• Manage multiple projects concurrently
• Adhere to group governance processes and quality reviews
• PRINCE2 Practitioner
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and 3^rd party supplier management
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
