D365 Trainer – MS D365/CRM/Training delivery – Burton-on-Trent & Remote Working

Dynamics 365 Trainer required for a leading client based in Burton-on-Trent. You are coming on board to mainly focus on delivering the D365 & MS CRM training to end-users within various areas of the business and develop/update the training materials to reflect any alterations from change requests.
Key Skills and Responsibilities,
- In-depth experience as a Dynamics 365 trainer and CRM trainer
- Creation of training materials in line with change requests/UAT
- Experience working with different business areas – Warehouse, Dispensary, Procurement
- D365 & MS CRM floorwalking and support experience
- Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with all stakeholders
- Clear written, verbal and presentation skills
