Beacon Hill Legal is seeking junior attorney candidates for our client, a reputible boutique law firm located in D.C.!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Perform legal research and analysis on, and draft documents involving, EEO matters;
Develop expertise on performance and misconduct standards, professional licensing, ethics, privacy/disclosure, and EEO/civil rights to provide support and guidance to the firm’s attorneys

Requirements:

1+ years’ litigation and/or EEO experience preferred;
Active or pending DC Bar membership;
Strong research and analytical skills

Additional Details:

Start: ASAP after selection following screening process;
Anticipated duration: 6+ months-- potential for longer term
Compensation: commensurate with experience
