Joiner needed in Birkenhead

Start Date: ASAP

Pay: £22 Per Hour

Duration:  Long Term Work

We are seeking an experienced Joiner to work on a social housing project in Birkenhead.

Job Responsibilities:

• Working in tenented social housing properties carrying out repairs and maintenance
• Boxing in pipe work
• Hanging Doors and Architraves 
• Installing trickle vents
• Door undercuts
• Bits of plaster patching and painting 
• General 2nd fixes

Requirements:

• CSCS Card or Proof you have paid for the card
• Asbestos Awareness or be willing to take the online course
• Previous Joinery experience
• Social housing experience 
• Own transport 
• Own tools
• Two professional references
