Our client, an educational association located in Washington, DC is seeking a temporary Customer Service Associate to join their team!
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 1+ years of customer service or membership experience is required.
- Experience with a membership database is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
The Job:
- Provide excellent customer service to members and assist with inquiries via email, live chat, and inbound/outbound phone calls.
- Assist members with troubleshooting technical member service issues.
- Input all member information into database.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
