Salary: USD55000 - USD60000 per year

Our client, a nonprofit organization, is searching for a temporary-to-hire Office Manager to join their office in VA!

About you:

  • 3+ years in a busy office environment
  • Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Sharepoint
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High level attention to detail and ability to manage high workload

The Job:

  • Provide administrative support to the COO and management leadership team
  • Answer phones and maintain office calendar
  • Bookkeeping responsibilities including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger maintenance
  • Manage office supplies and arrange catering for office/ staff
  • Other duties as assigned

This is a temporary-to-hire position that pays between $22/hour-$26/hour and permanently will convert to $55K-$60K.
