Our client, a nonprofit organization, is searching for a temporary-to-hire Office Manager to join their office in VA!
About you:
- 3+ years in a busy office environment
- Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Sharepoint
- Strong organizational skills
- High level attention to detail and ability to manage high workload
The Job:
- Provide administrative support to the COO and management leadership team
- Answer phones and maintain office calendar
- Bookkeeping responsibilities including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger maintenance
- Manage office supplies and arrange catering for office/ staff
- Other duties as assigned
This is a temporary-to-hire position that pays between $22/hour-$26/hour and permanently will convert to $55K-$60K.
