Our client, a health focused non-profit in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary to hire Program Coordinator to support their office!
About You:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 2+ years of professional administrative experience.
- Experience with program management is preferred
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles is a plus!
The Job:
- Manage travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and conference preparation for the office
- Provide administrative and financial support for program staff.
- Assist with basic accounting processes and upload invoices.
- Perform data entry and filing, running reports as needed Reconcile expense reports
- Coordinate and manage calendars and scheduling
- Conduct research and creating PowerPoint presentations
