Program Coordinator

Program Coordinator (A1214403DC-Temp) Washington, District of Columbia

Salary: USD17 - USD18 per hour

Our client, a health focused non-profit in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary to hire Program Coordinator to support their office!

 

About You:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 2+ years of professional administrative experience.
  • Experience with program management is preferred
  • Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles is a plus!

 

The Job:

  • Manage travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and conference preparation for the office
  • Provide administrative and financial support for program staff.
  • Assist with basic accounting processes and upload invoices.
  • Perform data entry and filing, running reports as needed Reconcile expense reports
  • Coordinate and manage calendars and scheduling
  • Conduct research and creating PowerPoint presentations
