We are seeking an Office Coordinator to support our busy Washington, DC office here at Beacon Hill!
About You:
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 2+ years of professional experience during or after school
- Strong detail orientation and ability to work with people from multiple levels of the organization
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Interest in human resources or recruiting a plus
The Job:
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Greet guests, clients and candidates
- Perform data entry into the CRM and Microsoft Office as needed
- Maintain clean reception, kitchen, and interview areas
- Assist with onboarding, I-9 documentation for candidates, and reference checks
- Manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and coordinate events logistics
- Order office supplies and kitchen items, sort and distribute mail, and maintain vendor relationships
- Support internal departments with administrative duties and special projects as needed
