Our client, a public charter school, is currently seeking a temporary-to-hire HR Generalist to join one of their schools in Washington, DC!
About You:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 2+ years of HR experience is required.
- SHRM-CP is a strong plus!
- Extremely organized and detail oriented.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
The Job:
- Running daily functions of the HR department, focusing on Employee Relations.
- Full lifecycle onboarding: interviewing and hiring new staff members.
- Assisting with comp and benefits.
- Ensuring that company policies are enforced.
- Other duties as assigned.
