Our client, a non-profit medical association in DC, is seeking a temporary Program Associate for their clinical trial department.
About You:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required for this role, MPH/ MA strongly preferred
- 2+ years of project management experience. Interest in public health or health policy is a plus.
- Excellent organization, time management and scheduling skills.
- Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and proactively solve problems as needed.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong oral and written communication.
- Salesforce experience highly desired.
The Job:
- Support components related to a special program including logistics, recruitment efforts, development, and other duties
- Manage project timelines, coordinate schedules, assist with meeting materials, and compile information for reports
- Coordinate meetings and conferences calls with internal and external partners.
- Design processes and review content and meeting materials
- Other duties as assigned
