Our client, a public media, non-profit organization seeks a temporary to hire Execuitive Coordinator for their Senior Vice President and Vice President in Washington, DC!
About You:
- A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills; ability to handle several projects at different stages simultaneously.
- Proactive and attentive to detail; demonstrate poise and professionalism in both written and verbal communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people with all levels of the organization.
The Job:
- Provide support to the Senior Vice President and Vice President.
- Coordinate and schedule travel, meetings, and other important events.
- Communicate with vendors and other services relating to the scheduled events and travel.
- Assist with record keeping and invoice processing with expenses related to travel and reports.
