Our client, an international nonprofit, is searching for a temporary Administrative Operations Coordinator to support their accounting department in DC!
About You:
• Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree preferred.
• 7-10+ years of experience working in a human resources department with previous work experience in benefits administration and compensation preferred.
• HRIS experience is required.
• Highly proficient in HRIS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
The Job:
• Provide day to day coordination of benefits administration and compensation tasks for open enrollment.
• Maintain and update HRIS database and process payroll.
• Respond to benefits inquires and issues via phone and email.
• Administer leave of absence policies, particularly FMLA, Short Term and Long Term disability.
• Process workers’ compensation claims and reimbursements expense reports.
• Provide additional human resources support as needed.
This is a temporary position that has the possibility to go permanent that pays between $25/hour-$30/hour and if permanent will convert to $75K.
