Our client, a scientific association in downtown DC, is seeking a long-term temporary Administrative Editorial Coordinator to join their team!

About You:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 1-2+ years of professional administrative support experience (internships count!).
  • Strong MS Office Suite skills are required and experience with DocuSign and DropBox are a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and work within a team under strict deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The Job:

  • Assist the editorial department with administrative needs.
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
  • Coordinate project timelines and communicate with contributing authors and editorial staff.
  • Support with overflow editing/proofreading as needed.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.
