Our client, a healthcare non-profit, is currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator in their Silver Spring, MD office!
About You:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 1+ years’ experience in an administrative role preferred.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills required
- Must be able to work under tight deadlines and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
The Job:
- Maintaining database and spreadsheets
- Formatting contracts
- Taking minutes during Symposium Committee meetings
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
