Administrative Coordinator

Administrative Coordinator (A1237667DC-Temp) Silver Spring, Maryland

Salary: USD17 - USD18 per hour

Our client, a healthcare non-profit, is currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator in their Silver Spring, MD office!

 

About You:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 1+ years’ experience in an administrative role preferred.
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills required
  • Must be able to work under tight deadlines and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).

 

The Job:

  • Maintaining database and spreadsheets
  • Formatting contracts
  • Taking minutes during Symposium Committee meetings
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
