Membership & Operations Coordinator - $20/hr-$23/hr - DC (A1204741DC-TEMP) Washington, District of Columbia

Our client, a trade association located in Washington, DC, is looking for a long-term temporary Membership and Operations Coordinator to join their staff!

About You:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
  • 5+ years of experience working in a membership-based organization.
  • Must possess strong MS Office suite skills; CRM database experience preferred.
  • Extremely organized, a team player, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Must be able to travel for events if needed.

The Job:

  • Heavy focus on preparation for the annual convention.
  • Assist with content development, securing speakers, and coordinating logistics and timelines.
  • Build and maintain strong member relationships.
  • Update website, membership database, and assist with member publication.
  • Assist with bookkeeping duties including managing budgets.
  • Other duties as assigned.
