Our client, a healthcare research organization, is seeking a temporary to hire Project Manager for their busy office!
About you:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree in a health discipline preferred.
- 5+ of project management experience preferably in a healthcare focused organization.
- Strong analytical, evaluative, and communication skills.
- Experience monitoring project deadlines, budgets, and related processes.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience in Sharepoint and GoToMeeting preferred.
- Experience working on projects related to maternal or women’s health is preferred.
The Job:
- Create comprehensive project schedules, timelines, and work plans.
- Monitor progress, status, and deliverables. Assess risk.
- Help identify related sub-topics to investigate within projects.
- Engage team and internal stakeholders regarding setting priorities, implementation, and problem solving issues and risks.
- Direct project coordinator in setting up meetings and other administrative tasks.
- Perform other duties as required.
