Our client, a professional association, is currently seeking a temporary Recruiter to join their Alexandria office!

About You:

• A Bachelor’s degree is required for this role.
• 3+ years of professional experience and full cycle recruiting experience.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships among internal staff and external constituents.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including proofreading and editing.
• Previous experience with Workday is required.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.

The Job:

• Manage full-life cycle recruitment process for Administrative, Marketing, and Accounting positions.
• Work alongside managers to develop and execute recruitment plans.
• Handle sourcing process and execute phone screens.
• Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees.
• Other duties as assigned.
• This job will be fully onsite in Alexandria, VA.
