Our client, a highly respected business information publication company in Arlington, VA, is seeking a temporary Senior Recruiter to join their team!
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
- Knowledge of employment policies, laws and regulations.
- Experience recruiting tax and finance professionals is a plus.
- Strong sourcing skills including Boolean searching and job board sourcing.
- Strong detail orientation and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The Job:
- Manage full life cycle recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer
- Partner with hiring managers to execute recruiting strategy, assess hiring needs and schedule interviews.
- Work with candidates throughout hiring process. This includes conducting prescreen interviews, administering employment testing, conducting background checks, and managing onboarding.
- Maintain strong pipeline of candidates and help develop standard interview process and assessment tools.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
