Our client, a highly respected business information publication company in Arlington, VA, is seeking a temporary Senior Recruiter to join their team!

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of employment policies, laws and regulations.
• Experience recruiting tax and finance professionals is a plus.
• Strong sourcing skills including Boolean searching and job board sourcing.
• Strong detail orientation and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The Job:

• Manage full life cycle recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to execute recruiting strategy, assess hiring needs and schedule interviews.
• Work with candidates throughout hiring process. This includes conducting prescreen interviews, administering employment testing, and managing onboarding.
• Maintain strong pipeline of candidates and help develop standard interview process and assessment tools.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
