Associate Benefits Manager

Associate Benefits Manager (A1234519DC-Temp) Washington, District of Columbia

Salary: USD23 - USD24 per hour

Our client, a non-profit in Washington, DC is seeking a temporary Associate Benefits Manager to join their team for around 4.5 months.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field required.
  • 2+ years of professional HR management and benefits experience
  • Strong benefits implementation experience and knowledge of HRIS
  • Excellent organizational, time management and project management skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

About The Job:

  • Manage the administration of all benefits plans and activities to ensure effective customer service to employees, retirees, and other plan participants.
  • Manage vender relationships for benefits programs, keep record of benefits, and update employee handbook and policies and procedures.
  • Administering and keeping track of leave/FMLA/disability.
  • Ensure that enrollment, recordkeeping, benefits-related payroll deductions, and payment of invoices occur as scheduled.
  • Monitor and analyze benefits costs, plan design, claims data, and vendor relationships and make recommendations for changes.
