Salary: GBP45000 - GBP50000 per annum

HR Systems Officer (Systems) |  London (EC) | Interim for 5 months | up to £55,000 FTE 

Start Date: ASAP, ideally an immediate start

We are working with one of our clients as they look to recruit a HR Officer, supporting to implement a new HR Information System. This role will initially be for a period of of 5 months.

The HR Officer (Systems) role will be ideal for someone who possesses extensive experience and knowledge of Workday.

The role:

  • The HR Officer (Systems) will be responsible for supporting with the implementation phase of a new HR system, Workday.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure system specifications meet business needs.
  • Support with data migration, system testing and go-live planning.
  • Work closely with HR colleagues to ensure system solutions support efficient service delivery.
  • Develop training materials and ongoing support, providing guidance and support on HR Systems.
  • Support with HR related processes, assisting with the wider HR team.

About You:

  • Possess extensive experience in HR with a focus on systems implementation.
  • Experience with the HR Systems Workday, essential.
  • A strong understanding of HR processes 
  • CIPD or HR qualification, desirable.
  • Comfortable working with data and generating reports.
  • Adaptable and proactive in identifying and solving problems
