New temporary HR Administrator role, based in London!

 

 

I am delighted to be working with one of my clients, as they look to recruit for a HR Administrator on temporary basis.

 

Location: London (NW)

Salary: up to £30k per annum

Working pattern: Hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home

Term - Full time

 

This role would suit somebody with experience with proven experience as a HR Administrator.

 

The right candidate will need to:

  • Possess experience working as a HR Assistant or Administrator
  • Be available immediately
  • Possess an up to date DBS check

Temporary HR Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all HR records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with legal requirements.
  • Handle correspondence related to HR (emails, letters, memos).
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, onboarding packs, and letters
  • Assist with day-to-day HR administrative duties, as required.
  • Review RTW data and documentation
  • Support with audits and compliance checks when required.
  • Assist in collating bulk data for Terms and Conditions changes when required.

Experience required:

  • Knowledge and experience of UK compliance, Right to work in the UK and DBS.
  • Proven experience of working in a HR Assistant or Administration role.
  • Excellent organisation skills, planning, problem solving and communication skills.
  • CIPD Level 3 or above would be advantageous.
  • Possess an up-to-date DBS check.
  • Need to be available immediately. essential.
