Position; WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE
Location; Maidenhead
Salary; £10.00 - £12.00 per hour
We require a yard operative to work for our client on the outskirts of Maidenhead, wokring within a team environment to ensure deliveries and collections are organised and worked in a time effiecient manner
This is a temporary to permanent position, working hours will be 0700 until 1700, Monday to Friday.
The role / responsibilities;
- Loading/unloading vehicles, moving stock around the yard and warehouse
- Operating machinery, such as compactors and washers
- Repairing old items for reuse.
- Segregating incoming goods ensuring they are in the correct locations
- Booking loads in on the in house computer system
About you;
We are looking for someone who is punctual and reliable and happy working in different departments to ensure the workloads get done in a time efficient manner.
Required;
- Reliability with good time management
- Awareness of Health & Safety
- Team player, but also able to work on your own initiative
- Physical fitness
- Good understanding of English (spoken and written)
- Your own transport due to location of site
