Trainee Installation Operative / Site Installer

£27,100 Basic + Regular Overtime (OTE £35,000-£40,000+)

Looking for a hands-on career with plenty of variety?

We're recruiting a Trainee Installation Operative to join a specialist installation team working on high-end projects across the UK.

No previous experience is required—we'll provide full training. If you've worked in construction, roofing, fitting, landscaping, manufacturing or any practical role and enjoy working with your hands, we'd love to hear from you.

Working as part of a two-person team, you'll travel to customer sites nationwide, installing bespoke vinyl pool liners to a high standard.

The Role

• Measure, cut and fit materials accurately

• Heat weld and finish liners using specialist equipment

• Work alongside an experienced installation partner

• Deliver excellent workmanship and customer service

• Travel throughout the UK, including occasional overnight stays

What We're Looking For

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Practical, hands-on attitude

• Reliable with a strong work ethic

• Comfortable travelling and working away when required

• Good communication skills

• Construction, fitting, roofing, landscaping or manufacturing experience would be beneficial but isn't essential
