Operating across multiple elegant dining spaces and serving over 200 covers, this is a refined yet high-energy, all-day operation with a strong reputation for quality and consistency.
We are seeking a confident culinary leader with a passion for seasonal produce, beautifully balanced dishes, and meticulous standards.
The Role

Lead and inspire a brigade of 15+ chefs

Shape and evolve a seasonal, Mediterranean-led menu

Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation and consistency

Deliver strong food cost control, stock management and GP performance

Oversee rotas, payroll costs and kitchen operations

Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, compliance and cleanliness

Collaborate closely with senior management and front-of-house leadership
