An exceptional opportunity for an accomplished Head Chef to lead a high-profile, Mediterranean-inspired restaurant in North Oxford. Operating across multiple elegant dining spaces and serving over 200 covers, this is a refined yet high-energy, all-day operation with a strong reputation for quality and consistency.

We are seeking a confident culinary leader with a passion for seasonal produce, beautifully balanced dishes, and meticulous standards.

The Role

  • Lead and inspire a brigade of 15+ chefs

  • Shape and evolve a seasonal, Mediterranean-led menu

  • Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation and consistency

  • Deliver strong food cost control, stock management and GP performance

  • Oversee rotas, payroll costs and kitchen operations

  • Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, compliance and cleanliness

  • Collaborate closely with senior management and front-of-house leadership

  • Strong commercial awareness and cost control expertise
