Planet Recruitment our working with a well established organisation in the Thame area who are seeking a Transport Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis. The successful candidate will hold good organisational skills, proffesional telephone manner along with previous logistics background.
Our client is also flexible on working hours whether that be full-time, part-time or school hours.
Usual full-time hours are Monday - Thursday 7am - 3:30pm then Friday is a 12pm (midday) finish.
Main responsibilities;
- Keying in orders
- Working towards timelines
- Responding to emails
- Filing and archiving paperwork
- Using a variety of databases
- Data entry
Required;
- Previous administration experience (desirable)
- Reliability
- Strong work ethic
- Strong attention to detail
- Excel experience (desirable)
