Position: Supply Chain Administrator

Our client is a seeking Supply Chain Administrator to join their organisation on a permanent basis.
The Role:
As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will work within the Supply Chain department, liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and accurate data management.
Main Responsibilities:
• Utilise Sage 200 for purchase order and shipment data entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to support business reporting.
• Verify that Sales Contracts from suppliers align with Purchase Order requirements.
• Manage both electronic and paper-based filing systems efficiently.
• Book deliveries into the Sage 200 system, ensuring accurate and timely updates for warehouse stock visibility.
• Action stock adjustments and transfers in Sage 200 based on instructions from warehouse operations teams.
• Provide ad hoc support within the Supply Chain department and other business teams as needed.
About You:
Applicants should have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience working in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Sage 200 and effective communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
Required:
• Experience with Sage 200 or similar ERP systems.
