Position; YARD LABOURER

Location; Wallingford

Salary; £21,000 - £24,000

Our client is looking for a Yard labourer to work within their facility based near Wallingford.  You will assist with the day-to-today operation of the site. Operate equipment, unload and load lorries, help to keep the site clean and tidy.

Main responsibilities;

• Operate MHE (Full training given) competently and safely
• Plant and equipment daily checks
• Assist with Technical deopartment when required
• Go off site to help the Technical drivers on customer’s sites
• Sweep and jet wash the yard to keep everyting clean and tidy
• Assisting in the maintenance of plant
• Be aware of personal responsibilities towards and health and safely
• Co-operating with the Line manager and site Safety Representative to promote high standards of safety 

Required; 

• Excellent communication skills
• Positive and self motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Ability to work in busy environments
• Competent at operating machinery and plant safely
