Our well-established client in the Thame area is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to come and join their fast-growing team. The successful candidate for this role will need to enjoy problem solving and enjoy talking to people. You will need to be a confident individual to be able to route and book appointments and amend orders.
Responsibilities;
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Routing diaries for survey and installs
- Amending orders post survey - able to read drawings an advantage
- Resolving 1st line complaints
- Be proactive in resolving issues, ensuring everything is completed every day and assisting across all areas when necessary.
- To maintain friendly but professional working relationships with customers
