About the Role
As the Clinical Coordinator – Compliance, you’ll support the Clinical Manager in ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care. Your focus will be on maintaining excellence in compliance, clinical governance, and continuous improvement.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee care standards and contribute to clinical best practice

  • Ensure documentation meets compliance requirements

  • Conduct internal audits and support quality improvement plans

  • Lead infection prevention and control initiatives

  • Mentor and support staff in clinical education and procedures

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in aged care, ideally in a leadership, compliance, or quality-focused role

  • Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards

  • A collaborative, solutions-focused approach

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

  • Full work rights in Australia
