Position: Permanent Registered Nurse - RNIC (Night Duty)
Location: Northern Tasmania, Coastal Region
Start Date: Flexible
Hours: 76 hours per fortnight, including 2 afternoon shifts and 7 night shifts

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with at least 3 years of aged care experience in Australia to join a not-for-profit aged care facility in beautiful Northern Tasmania, located along the stunning coast. This 140-bed facility is dedicated to providing high-quality care in a supportive, well-resourced environment.

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive pay rate of up to $100k salary + superannuation + penalties.

Key Requirements:

• At least 3 years of aged care experience in Australia.

• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• A passion for working with elderly residents and supporting their well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work across both the general area and a secure dementia-specific unit, which has 33 beds (including one respite and one offline bed).

• Manage overnight monitoring of residents and administer PRN and 0600hr medications.

• Provide essential clinical care in the secure unit, alongside a dedicated RN and two carers overnight.

• Ensure smooth handovers and maintain clear communication during shift changes.
