About the Role

Reporting directly to the Executive Leadership Team, you'll provide organisation-wide leadership across quality, compliance, governance, and continuous improvement to ensure the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the organisation's quality and compliance framework
• Coordinate accreditation readiness and external audit activities
• Manage governance systems, policies, compliance registers and risk management
• Monitor incidents, complaints, SIRS reporting and quality indicators
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all services
• Prepare governance and compliance reports for Executive and Board committees
• Chair Quality and WHS committee meetings
• Provide expert advice on legislative and regulatory requirements
• Foster a culture of accountability, quality improvement and best practice

About You

You'll bring a passion for quality care together with the knowledge and confidence to support organisational excellence.

To be successful, you'll have:

• Previous experience in aged care quality, compliance, governance or risk management
• Strong knowledge of the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
• Experience leading accreditation preparation, audits and continuous improvement activities
• Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
• A collaborative approach with the ability to influence positive change
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Healthcare, Quality Management or a related discipline
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
