Real Rceruits are seeking an experienced Despatch Operative who enjoys working as part of a team. You will be responsible for general duties within despatch and goods in, picking & packing, loading & unloading and paying attention to detail while identifying product codes accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure checks to verify stock levels for re-ordering are accurate and appropriate
- To operate an FLT in order to load and unload products
-Ensure that all goods are checked off in an accurate and timely manner and check for damages and quantity
-Put Pallets away after deliveries
-To get materials out ready for Factory use
-Assist with stock checks when required
-Good housekeeping and general cleanliness of the despatch area at all times
Skills & Experience:
-Must have experience of working in a busy warehouse environment
-Must have a valid FLT Counterbalance license
-Must be used to a physical role with heavy lifting and working outside in all weather conditions
-Knowledge of working with large products is an advantage
-Must have attention to detail Must be able to adhere to health and safety procedures and work in a safe manner
-Preferable experience of slinging and chain use – full training will be provided. Must have basic computer skills in order to complete paperwork

- Pay is £12.38 per hour (depending upon experience) This is inclusive of shift allowance
- Hours are based on a weekly rotating 2 shift pattern. 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm.
