Opportunity for an experienced CRM Database Administrator to take ownership of the Customer Relationship Management database for a leading global telecommunications service provider.
Working within a business systems, database administration and data analysis capacity the role takes ownership for the use, integrity & management of CRM data in addition to insight & intelligence reporting, for a variety of business functions & departments reliant on the CRM system and using the CRM database, which is built upon Microsoft Dynanics, SQL Reporting Services and SQL Server Reporting Services SSRS technology.
Working for a leading and highly respected telecoms & internet service provider as part of the Business Systems / BSS function, the CRM Database Administrator position is offered on a permanent basis with a basic salary of circa £45,000 plus an exceptional & comprehensive corporate benefits package. The CRM Database Administrator position is based in the City of London.
This CRM Administration & MI Reporting Analyst position will use technical; Microsoft Dynanics, SQL Reporting & database manipulation skills and SSRS to create, deploy & manage a variety of mission critical reporting support & statistical analysis in the form of business intelligence across sales, marketing, customer management, service deployment, fault management, quotes & pricing, project management and billing & finance functions. It will include large volumes of, propensity modelling, data modelling, data miming and information scoping etc.
As a DBA and reporting analyst you will create & design complex SQL queries to provide the link into SQL Reporting Services to deliver models which provide intelligence & insight to commercial teams to aid in assessing business performance against targets, financial & customer reporting and return on investment (ROI).
Engaged throughout the full 360 degrees of database administration, data analysis, ownership & report presentation, the Microsoft Dynanics & SQL analyst will be involved with; database replication, integration services, analysis services, reporting services & input into database solution creation and enhancement of the CRM system etc. You can expect to be involved in:
* Rollout and implementation of group wide CRM solution
* Scoping and defining of business rules for each phase launched
* Planning, co-ordination & documentation of phased release of the CRM
* Ensuring data integrity
* Training and support of CRM users
* Managing change requests and system alterations
* Exception reporting
* Report design, creation and deployment
* Administering user accounts, permissions and security
* Creation of dashboards
* Administration of scribe integration software.
* Creation of new CRM entities
* Liaison with development teams and external resource
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess previous similar database administration, analysis, management & reporting experience ideally gained within the BSS function of a large technology, ICT, telecoms, internet or other similar company.
You will have significant experience with Microsoft Dynanics, SQL server, Integration Services, Analysis Services & Reporting Services.
